I have the Magic 8 Ball and it tells me about an 'Easter Egg in NR', but how do I get the toilet grenades at the Desperado?

Go to the Desperado casino and point your mouse over each toilet. If you get the hand icon, use it and you'll get your grenades. I guess it's just for the sake of 'do everything possible' you posted it, not because of some desperate need of grenades, eh?

Yeah, I never knew about the 8-Ball until I read Per's Guide.

I just get floating text saying,"It's just a toilet"

The clue is misleading, as it says to check the toilet in the men's bathroom. Usually only men's bathrooms contain urinals, and the grenades are in the other one.
