too bad about FO:BOS not haveing the same lev. of "interactivity" that x-com had it was always nice (for me not the bugs) when i made a new back door with a rocket and made a mess by blowing the floor out from under them or better yet when they wondered in front of some boom booms and they went well...boom boom. i realy wish that the walls and floors would have hit points so you could be creative in your entry points (or exits) (another fun trick was "digging" a "fox hole" in a hill)
 
It's easier said than done

Yeah, it's a shame, but it would have taken the developers a lot of time to make sure that feature would work right. In x-com, it was simpler because the graphics engine was simpler.

They're both 2-d engines, I'm assuming FO:BOS also has hexes or octs (or whatever). I can't imagine it being any more difficult.
