Has anybody ever tried to use mentats on Torr : I mean this should rise his IN, so you could speak to him. In every other game I wouldn't ask this question, but in FO2...

I think Thor would come to realize he can't say anything but utter crap, so he'll commits suicide knowing he would never be able to speak with a person in the same way as he thinks. Poor, poor Thor...
