Tough Guy Mode

I just started playin Fallout Tactics and when I created my character I mistakingly put him on Tough Guy Mode (meaning you can only Save game at BOS HQ) I didnt notice this until I started Mission 3. My question to you guys is there ANY way for me to edit my saved game or something to take him off Tough Guy Mode so I am able to save anywhere?

Don't know; I made the same mistake. Couldn't find a way.
 
U could try using the editors that are out but I'm not sure If it can be done or not
