2 questions, firstly, what is the deal with tragic cards in F2? do they have any actual use other than selling off? second is the military base in F1 the same as in F2?

The Barkeep in gecko will play Tragic with you and yes, the military base is the same as in FO1....

And yes you can win a brand new set of cards then sell it to earn your living....no, don't do that.

...and that is a way of cheating/exploiting the game IMHO
