Excuse me if this idea seems a bit farfetched, but I've seen you guys do some pretty unbelievable things with Fallout which leads me to believe anything is possible.

I think TMS should make a Trait Maker, Where you (duh)make your own traits. Set a name, What affect it'd have on basic stats, Percentage changes, hours of the day it'd be working, Picture that'd be shown when you clicked on it, What "normal" Trait it'd replace in the game, etc etc etc.

I was reading on the Fallout 3 message board on what Traits they thought would be cool For FO3. A lot were a bit unrealistic, but It'd still be cool to put your ideas to good use in Fallout 2 with this editor.

[font size=1" color="#FF0000]LAST EDITED ON Nov-22-00 AT 05:26AM (GMT)[p]Traits and perks are stored in scripts, however we're not quite sure how they work. But once we have understood what we need to do the Trait Maker 2000 should be easy to create.

I'm pretty sure it's in scripts. There are certainly a lot of script functions (such as increase skills, stats etc) which would mean it could be done that way.
