Can't get that to translate into English no matter what filter I use :|

An example is:
Ñèíòàêñèñ îðèãèíàëüíîãî êîìïèëÿòîðà:
void world_map - çàïðîñ íà ïåðåõîä ê êàðòå ìèðà
According to online translation apps, it's not Polish, Russian, Slovak, or any other that I thought would be applicable. It auto-detects as Italian sometimes which is funny to me.

Text language - Russian, maybe DOS866 code(need Win1251 for reading)
Fantastic, thank you!

With the help of http://2cyr.com/decode/?lang=en I can run it through that, then go to Google Translate (or Alta Vista, or whatever) and get the English equivalent

At some point i'll get the required cyrillic files onto my PC but this works for now. Thanks again

This little program is a gem for Russian and it's equivalent. It's fast and clean to use. It translates the garbled mess into proper cyrillic characters, and from there it's off to Google translate, but don't expect grammatical improvements.

First off I should say I have no idea what "Fargus" is
In case you're still bothered, Fargus was an illegal Russian publisher. Their local FO and FO2 releases were the most widespread and are often considered a default russian version of FO/FO2. Though as far as I remember, TeamX note the use of Fargus version as opposed to officially published 1C version released in 2008.

This is supposed to be a "Polish Fallout 1 Fix" -- what does it say?

1.
Code:
Welcome to the program of the Fallout PL actualization.
This program will actualize Fallout PL in your computer.
It's required to close any applications before the actualization will take place.
If there's no need in actualization of Fallout PL, click the button "Zaconcz" (Close), to continue click "Dalej" (Next)
2.
Code:
Changes:
- Have been reduced the texts of "pickpocketing", which were causing a game's crash.
- Fonts changed, because the old ones were destabilizing system and creating the effect of the accidental game's crash.

ATTENTION: Corrections also will work in versions for DOS
In this case the game's installation path won't be detected and must be typed by hands.

ATTENTION2: If you can't install the game on Windows XP run the installation program from the CD-ROM by double-clicking on the file "_Setup.exe"

I'm not form Poland but I grow up near Polish borders, so I can hear and read polish somewhat :) As far as I undertandt it's saying:

Screen on the left:
Title:
Actualization of Fallout PL - Welcome
Text:
Welcome to the software for Fallout PL update.
This program update Fallout in your computer.
It's recommended to close other applications before update.

If you don't want to update of Fallout PL, click to button "Cancel".
To continue click on the button "Next".

Screen on the right:
Title:
Actualization of Fallout PL - Information
Text:
Changes:
- Stealing description was cutted, it was causing the game crash.
- Changed font where the old one was making game unstable and causing random freeze.

BEWARE 1st: Changes was made also in DOS version. But in that case installed game can't be localized and it need manual install.

BEWARE 2nd: If you can't make install of game to your system Windows XP, run installer from CDROM by clicking on "_Setup.exe".

EDIT: Ha, Dozen was faster :)
