after brahmin woods there are 2 tribals in the base a girl and a man after some missions they are in one of the othere bunkers can i recruite them they say thath they got a own squad..
No they are just there to give the game a little more depth. Later in the game you run across other people that join the brotherhood and can be found in various bunkers.
