Trouble Applying Mods

I apologize if this has been brought up somewhere in these forums, but, for the life of me, I cannot find the "MOD runner" in the fo2 downloads so as to apply some of the more intricate mods. If someone can direct me I would be ever so grateful and will pay tribute to the Brahmin God in thine name.

You dont need to use a mod runner of any sort

1) Delete the patch000.dat from the fallout2 folder
2) Copy the mod into the fallout2 folder, depending on the mod it will either be a different patch000.dat file or a "data" folder

That should do it, if not tell us what mod you are running.

yea, make sure you mark them as 'read only' I forgot to say that.
