I can't seem to make my weapons look Fallout-ish! No matter what I do, they always look brand new, the rust and wear texture just make them look lame. Someone suggested a skinmap...I have some idea of what one is, could someone please eloboarate?

I can't elaborate on skin-mapping, but why don't you check up on where the light-source is? Your weapon doesn't appear to be properly fallout-lit. The light appears to be from beneath in your picture.

There is no direct light, only ambient light, if I make a light source, the only differance is that it has shadows. Maybe I need to post production make it look used/falloutish.
