Trying to figure out which mod a character came from.

I don't know if this is the best place to ask, but I'm trying to figure out where the 'Cat' character I had in fallout 2 came from. I had thought he was from the original game, but since he's not listed anywhere as a companion he must have come from a mod. I remember having to unthaw him somehow in a base somewhere, possibly the EPA? He was supposed to be a soldier that had been experimented on, giving him feline genes I think...... Any ideas?

Cat was, I recall, a sneak-oriented character you could revive in the EPA in killap's Fallout 2 Restoration Patch.

Thanks, I was actually thinking of a new character idea relating to another guy with the same upgrade who also had the whole cannibalism thing going on, making him an actual super powered vampire after the upgrade.
