I am torn between Mib88's Megamod and Killiap's ubiquitous Restoration Project. Can i install both, or is that just two much for the game to handle?

I had to install fallout 2 manually, and it wont let me download it properly. does this only work with automaticlly-installed games?
No, this has nothing to do with automatically or manually installed games.
