So yeah, my school is awesome. As of last night, the women's basketball team, with East Regional MOP Diani Taurasi, has reached their FIFTH consecutive Final Four, an NCAA record, trying to go for the threepeat national championship. And the Men's team, with Pheonix Regional MVP Ben Gordon, reached their final four with a blowout defeat of Bama the other day. I'm pretty damn excited, especially since I get to go to New Orleans this weekend with the Women's team. Good lord that's gonna be amazing. :D
 
Meh. Your ladies beat the piss out of the only decent team of either gender that Penn State has this year. Maybe it'll reduce the number of annoying 40 somethings who miraculously appear downtown every weekend, clogging up the bars with their beer guts.

Other than that, I bet I'm the only one who gives a rats ass about NCAA sports on NMA.
 
Diana Taurasi rules- she's the only reason I'd ever be watch a game of women's basketball... I don't get college ball where I am so I can't really comment on the tournament this year.
 
You don't get ESPN?!?! BLASPHEMY. I highly recommend that you ask your local cable or satelite company to hook you up, if only to see me on TV this weekend!

I give a rats ass about NCAA sports... just not basketball (especially women's). I watch most of the tournament when i have a chance but i find College boring, when i can just turn the channel and watch the pros.
 
Hey man, that was the craziest weekend of my life. Since I'm in the pep band for the women's basketball team, they flew us down to New Orleans last friday, and I just got back. Bourbon street every night, partying it down hard. There was a massive amount of UCONN fans down there, and they could not be contained after the men and then the women won. Damn, I wanna be back there right now.
