Ufo Alien Invasion demo

Already downloaded, and played it. It's turning out to be really good, hopefully the finished product will allow more options with base building and such. The tactical warfare was refreshing, I love turn based games.
 
Looks very promising. Nice to see something playable for a change. Too many projects like this break before they ever release anything. Hope they finish it as planned!
 
Yeah it was really good, a little plain but I'm guessing that will all change..

The GUI needs work, clicking a button to get the item description was just plain irritating, making that into right click and hover should help..

And I would like to zoom out more, like to have better overview..

More sounds on critters would be nice..

All in all since it is a tech demo, it's really looking good..
 
Yeah, I'd like to see all those as well. But as you said, it's a tech demo, and thus they focus on the main features and game mechanics. "Sugar coating" like tooltips, better interface etc. will come later.

Anyway, all in all it looks very promising. In fact, it makes those who get paid to make such games look really bad, since they often can't do it better :)
