Unable to fire Bozar after loading game.

Hello,

Installed fallout 2 after many years. I was playing through the game and was able to get the Bozar.
When I loaded the game from a quick save file the bozar was Unusable.

What this means is that I can load it into one of my inventory slots but cannot click on it to activate or fire during battles.
I noticed this happened to another one of my weapons in my inventory.

I traded the weapon to marcus and he was able to use it in battles...

Any help would be appreciated didnt see this issue in the forums anywhere.

Do you know what patches you are using? Whether official or something like the Restoration Project?

Failing that, does your character have a crippled arm? I know having two crippled arms causes you to not be able to use any weapons, but one might be causing you not to be able to use one-handed weapons.
