Does anyone know any hacks or cheats that would let you have more than a maximum of 5 party members?
 
you see, the code which determines wheteher an NPC can join the party (basing on CH and current number of party members) is built into each NPC script (that's what caused the Ghoris bug, as you know, Ghoris can join you even if you have reached the maximum party members number). So, to remove that limit you just have to modify the NPC scripts. I think that, having Heinz's int specification under my elbow, I'd be able to do that, but, since I don't want to, and there's no translation of the int doc, I assume you'll have to wait for the TeamX Script Disassembler to be released. Phew it has been a while since I last typed such amount of text at once ;)

Unlimited party members is really cool! can some one write a hack for this?

Of course with a hex editor. Search for the max number of NPCs and change it and see what happens.

I found something similiar....

(true_party_size >= 5))

but only in ocGoris.int script.
can find that in others script... any idea?
 
no good... it won't work!
i am not good with hex though.. can someone help me out?
