upgraded power armor

Well this topic aint about it, i have so problem of having him, i have completed the quest of shi to kill the hubolist, i dont remember if my party killed the scientist guy, that upgraded the power armor, but now there is a forcefield in hubolist basment and i can't get in the location where is scientist who upgrades the power armor. :/

you can use science/repair on the forcefields to turn them off temporarily. it doesn't matter if you've killed all the hubologist. their scientist doesn't seem to care - of course if you kept him alive he only has two pairs of upgrade material though.

If I can recall correctly, he won't cooperate if you killed the Hubologists. He won't turn hostile or anything, but you'll have only two dialogue options: let him live or kill him. You should upgrade your Power Armor before you start killing them.
I may be wrong, though, haven't played F2 in quite a while.
