i have 1.02 installed, if i install one of the newer non official patches will the save game data be incompatible (like the 1.00, 1.02 incompatibility) ?
 
No. Besides, the 1.05 patch already contains all the fixes from the previous official and unofficial patches so you must install it on a clean 1.00 (US) or 1.01 (UK) version. More information about the patches is available here. This is also the place to talk about the unofficial patches.
