Using the Horrigan Armor Mod, where do I find it?

Ok, I'm using FAME and the Horrigan Armor patch, so that the armor shows up in Klamath... However, I can't find it in Klamath. Anyone know where the heck this armor is at when using that mod? Please let me know.
