Van Buren Perk Question

Hello all,

There is a perk in Van Buren called "Mad Scientist" and the documentation says it "...allows Presper direct input from the GM to perform his twisted actions."

Does anyone know what they meant by GM? There wasn't going to be a "Game Master" in Van Buren, was there?

If anyone has an explanation, I would appreciate it.

I haven't seen any references to a GM. It was probably a placeholder until the main things were fixed.

I guess there are lots of design document mysteries we will never see a solution to.
