First time out of the vault
To anyone familiar with the Van Buren details...
...was the main character supposed to have been a prisoner in the Tibbets Prison Facility? If so, does that mean the PC was a prisoner during the time before the Great War (almost 250 years ago) and was in suspended animation?
I read on the Vault Wiki this line in reference to the Van Buren setting, "The game would begin with the player in a prison cell. Because of this the player was given a choice. He could be an innocent that was imprisoned because of some misunderstanding, or he could choose to be a criminal and take bonus traits that would bolster some of his skills. "
As I'm sure no institutions has been putting in new prisoners during the 250 years between the Great War and Van Buren, then they must be the same prisoners who had been exposed to biological agents during the fighting building up to the Great War.
Is that the general conclusion?
