Van Buren: Source on items

First time out of the vault
Both Fallout wikis' got some information on items from Van Buren. Things such as Athena Power Armor or the Ares spear, which aren't sourced and I cannot find them anywhere among the design documents and devs' statements.

Anyone knows where is it coming all from??
 
Probably from the few released screenshots of the crafting interface.
 
Info came from design documents, extracted tech demo texts, screenshots or developer's emails / forum posts.
