So I randomly found Vault 19 and I've explored it from one cornerto another... I stole blue and red cards and read through the computers.
It looks like there was [spoiler:e83aca864e]some government experiment at separating people on two factions: blue and red, and driving them crazy.[/spoiler:e83aca864e]
However all facts I have are holotapes from the medbay and random files on computers. I cannot find anything that starts a "quest" to get it in my journal, and I can't find some proofs of the real story there (what's up with the doc, ventilation system, restraints and other stuff?).
I don't think they could place half of the story there and leave another half for us to guess. Or maybe there's some quest outside of the Vault which helps to find out the situation?
P.S. Also I didn't go through the main entrance, I randomly found the vault through [spoiler:e83aca864e] a sulphur cave which is not marked on the global map, with night stalkers and fire geckos[/spoiler:e83aca864e]. could it change something?
