Hey there, new member here with a very annoying bug stopping me from completing a quest for the great khans.
Basically, the fiend at the entrance to vault 3 wont talk to me. The conversation which usually triggers (and has twice already before this quest), does not trigger anymore. Without her talking to you, you cant get into vault 3 to complete the great khan quest, which I really need to finish.
Is there a console command I can use to bypass this part of the quest. I dont want to bypass the full quest but I would like to continue it.
