Vault 95 Detoxing Facility.

Lonecat Nekophrodite

First time out of the vault
I've just finished Cait's story quest about a day ago. the last part is that to bring her to Vault 95, find and use its detox facility, something she believed it could definitely clear out her addictions due to her prolonged use of chems (especially Psycho, which she admitted that it began to take toll on her life and she can't take it no more.)
1. How did she learn about Vault 95 experiments on narcotics? both hooking its residences, and cleaning hooked ones. one that surpass everything else in the Commonwealth (or even Postwar America.). she admitted that she did meet doctors (and even use Addictol, (and maybe Medtek Fixer, given the off-game availability) ) before, none of them worked.
2. Is this detoxing process using specialized 'torturing chair' exists? which main components including restrainers and a pair of syringes / needles facing inwards placed between the patient's neck. and the needle is jerking back and fourth automatically (or manually, the needles are connected to handles which implied that it was originally designed to be used by a crew of two (qualified doctor, and medical assistant) to work on one patient.
Did Bethesda even describes how does it works? did Vault Tec (or its medical associates or contractors) developed 'Narc-hunting particle medicines' or did it simply sucked up patient's 'bad blood' that is contaminated by narcotic particles?
but in the end. 'It worked on her'. (and this completely changed her attituded towards narcotics forever).
3. Did Gunners use ones or even bother to use or even know what it is? or even care to think about Vault's original purpose or even aware of its experiments?
The room itself is quite well guarded. one turret (and one or two, just in the room near the entrance), and two high ranking gunners. and this included its boss (Gunner Commander, quite tough since he/she used either Assault Rifle or any Direct Energy Rifles.
