Vault Boy art

Can anyone tell me the names of the artists that worked on the Vault Boy art in Fallout, Fallout 2 and Tactics respectively? I can't find the exact people (at least the major ones or artist leaders). I need the info for some research I'm doing and would very much appreciate any help from you people.

IIRC it was Tramell "T-Ray" Isaac with some help from Leonard Boyarsky, in the first two games at least.

The concept comes from Leonard Boyarsky, the execution from T-Ray Isaac in FO1 and Brian Menze in FO2. Menze is now working on Fallout: New Vegas.
