LOL, ok, there is a doctor on the first floor of the vualt in vault city.. talk to him and he will ask you to sneak in some jet, do it, then go to gecko and get radiated...


now, go to him and bribe him about the jet, ask for 500 dallors a month
now ask him for help becuase your poisioned=D

hey says something went wrong with the autodoc and you got injected with some poision, then he calls you a dumbass and you have 10 seconds to live. your reply options are something like

About the radiated part: from I remember, if you got a high doctor skill, you can ask about the medical technic (and get a perk called "Vault City Training") you got +10% doctor skill, and also if you got radiated after that, just talk to the doctor again and ask him about innoculation or something like that and you got a new perk called "Vault City Innoculation" and add your resistance to poison & radiation (I don't remember how much).

About the jet, you shouldn't extort him for money, instead let him be. If you find Myron, ask about the cure for jet and keep insist asking that. Then in the end of the conversation you'll mention about "endorphine blocker" or something like that. After that you can go back to the doctor inside the vault and ask for that thing. You got Jet cure! (2 doze) Give it to Doc Johnson in Redding for some experience (and a different ending perhaps). Don't use the jet cure. It's bugged.
 
I don't know if anyone noticed, but if you're radiated, and are a citizen of vault city, you can talk to the doctor to cure you radiation and you will get a perk, "Vault City Inoculations (something like that) you will get some rad resistance and a funny image of the perk
