Vault City - Vault Bug????

Hi again . some days ago i just realized something funny. Its
not really a bug, more than a engine problem i thing.

So, when u come to vaul city and stand in front of the vault (not a citizen), then the guards want let u in. But when u stand near enough and u have enough action points, then u turn on tha combat mode and go in. no problem. U are no citizen but u are in the vault......

Don´t know if u know that allready, but i thought i post it here, so everyone knows it now ^^
