I just had a few questions about the vehicles, I know Chris reads here sometimes, maybe he knows some of the answers.

1. After you shoot the driver of, say, a raider scout can you then pull him out and take control of the scout yourself?

2. With the Hummer, will there be a turret on the top where you can mount an M-60 like on real Hummers or will you just be able to shoot out the windows?

3. With the tank will you be able to shoot up and over something without having a line of sight to bombard areas?

Yes.

Out the windows only. This _might_ change, but probably not.
