Veronica disappeared...

Shortly after leaving the Casa Madrid, I noticed that Veronica wasn't following me. I waited a while, she didn't show up. Fast traveled somewhere, didn't show up. She's still considered my companion, and at no point did I ask her to wait. I went back and checked Casa Madrid, and she isn't there.

I'm playing the xbox 360 version. Anyone know if I can remedy this issue?

There is this trick about travelling to vault 22 (plant vault, not vault 21 in Vegas ^^) and use the (hopefully repaired) elevator - companions magically show up then.

For Veronica, travelling to the shack (the one involved in her personal quest) near Helios power plant and use the terminal in there might also help. (this somehow resets Veronica)

In general, I´d leave all companions out of the casinos - just let them wait in front of the door. There is also a bug / issue with companion weapons being removed by the casino guards. I also heared about unique weapons carried by companions get lost that way.

Btw., creating a save file (not quick save) before entering dungeons / starting quests really helps to not hit the "aah - my last save is 20+ hours old"-issue.
