As promised Wild_qwerty also sent us their Fallout mini game called Vertibird Assault, it's basically a Xenon clone (for those that remember that game). He also sent us their latest Fallout modding tool called Wav2Lip, here's an explanation of what this util does:
This program is designed to help Fallout 2 modders to make talking head animations. Program reads wave data from file and generates a LIP file from it. It also outputs acm file to go with generated lip file. wav2lip needs the aid of snd2acm program, which is included in this zip. ACM conversion can be toggled off by using -noACM switch.
Nice, thanks alot Wild_qwerty and the MR Team!

Yep, it started off as PPFind and then progressed into an all in one talking head tool.

I really must give it to you guys, you have really gotten alot of tools out lately. Either by just talking to the right people or by making them by yourselves. Good work, the modding scene has really sprung to life again and it's a joy to look at.

As promised I have also uploaded some more modding utils today, did the scripting utils today (will post about it later).

I finished Vertibird Assault in two games, since it took the first one to discover that the game didn't consider mowing ghouls down with my rotor blades to be a viable strategy.

lol, yea its ammazing how you can crash into people walking on the ground :)

If anyone wants to make better levels etc... I can send them the uncompiled file, you can use the demo version of Game Maker to make it.

I was thinking of making a side scroller/plateform game that used FO2 graphics, but couldt really be bothered in the end
