It's all a part of the 2142/43 Summer collection.

Meh, I never liked the "south park" image makers. Take this one, for instance: As an image in general it's pretty poor (as in: proportions, shading, lines, coherence etc.) and it does not even fit the style of SP, so it fails on both counts. Sorry man.
