Yes. I have tested a very nasty end game glitch on both 360, pc and ps3 in fallout 3. If you save your game in jefferson memorial building expect a black screen crash when you try to leave the building. I just wanted to inform everyone. This happen to me and I don't think bethesda will be able to fix it because their game testers are blind or drunk.

Never had that problem here, despite saving quite often everywhere I go, including Jefferson Memorial.
