Heres my weapon modding ideas

1 make a hevy machine gun that uses 44.ammo.
2 make the 14mm more powerfull.
3 the alien blaster should look diferent from the one in fallout1
4 change the frag grenade to the holy bullshit grenade that king arthurs knights talk about.
5 make the sniper rifle look more real.
6 make the wakashi blade a lot more deadly it is a samurai sword for godsake not a toothpikk.
7 make the magnum a magnum i mean the head blowing type that is a joke in the game.
8 and the pulse rifle thats is supose to be the strongest energy weapon in the game thats not true at all alienblaster lot more powerfull do something about it.
 
All of the weapons in Fallout 1 and 2 are very, very weak. You could tweak them all but it would take a while.
