a while ago i was playing fallout 2, and had just come to arroyo, and in the shelf(i think) behind the elder i found an item that weighed some hundred thousand pounds, and i could pick it up, and i could sell it for the same amount as it weighed...This was in the unpatched US version....it occured twice, but the 2nd time i couldn't pick it up....a real strange thing, probably a bug...

The Shadow rise And will Submerge The earth, and create it into its own image....

great for telling me this now i have ot uninstall fallout and reinstall it to find out.... but thats a cool thing to find out.

Item.. Easter Egg, i thought you meant the real one by the title.

The true easter egg, a "chicken egg dyed in colors", can be found in Eldrige's basement, the one with the ignorant Algernon being taken advantage of. I searched the basement for half an hour before resorting to Per's guide for more details. I wonder how the first person was able to find it?

Kudos to the man with no life who scours every single frame in the Fallout world for a simple easter egg. I salute you and the void in your life.

(Just kidding.)

does it have a function?i looked for it for like 5mins and then gave up...cuz from what ive heard it isn't really an item worth looking for for 30mins...

Life's a beach...Then you're sushi...

You're right, it isn't.

No, wait! You can give it to Algernon along with a Howitzer shell, and he'll blow himself up with the cannon down there!
Just kidding.

Funny - I forgot. The picture is gone too. Can't search the forum archives either! Argh!
