Weird Problem - FOT Single Player Custom Missions

Greetings.

I've got a bit of a weird problem. In the FOT single player custom missions, all I get is a blank, black screen where I should have a map, and likewise in the mini-map area. No characters either. No option to add characters to my squad either.

I started the game using the default options, and the default (Original) map.

If anyone tells me to RTFM I will scream. As it's not there.

Got the same problem. I patched my game to 1.27, and single player custom missions don't work. Same black screen, no characters, etc......

Pleaze help, I'm desperate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have the same problem. I think whats causing it is the Levelling of FOT. If anyone ever played X-Com you know what I mean.

Fallout Tactics uses a layer system that allows you to stick a sniper's ass on a roof and allow him to see more than the bozos on the ground do. That also includes your team being in a foxhole and not seeing shit until it is on top of them.
Well, the problem might be (I think) that the game starts on a layer that doesn't exist or hasn't been used (a great example is the underground installation in the tribal village, where your view sometimes shifts INTO the holes and shows the bottom of it and otherwise, black screen.
Since there is no way to manually change the layer level (I think), someone at Interplay has to fix this soon.
PS: Are there any new campaigns out yet?
