What a Hell, my game is locking!!! Fallout 1

It Wandered In From the Wastes
All the times, when I entering on level 1 in the Military Base and in the level 3 on the vault of the cathedral my game locks!!! ALL THE TIMES, I TRYED RELOAD, RESTART I don't know what to do!!

I'm using a Pentium 233mhz, 48mb ram, have 300mb free and using the WIN98. I installed the Fallout 1 Patch for Windows!

Anyone know about that???
