What happened to my AC

I just noticed that my main characters AC is -10 without armor and bonus damage is -25%. If I equip him with Metal armor markII I can get AC back to 0. The new patch had no help with this problem at all. The guy has not used drugs or even been radiated so what's wrong with my main character?
 
OK, I figured out the bonus damage(finesse), but what about that AC? Is there any items that could do this or is this another BUG?
