What IS the lastes version of Fallout?

I thought that I had the latest verison until I read this Walkthrough:

By Igor Lowicki. He mentions a version 1.2 in the walkthrough. My version is 1.11, was there another version of the game? I never e-mailed the author of the walkthrough because Hotmail addresses tend to go stale after about a year or so. The walkthrough was last updated two years ago, to the day.

If i remember correctly, the European version was 1.2. This was basicly just the American 1.1 version, only with kids stripped out.
