What is the news anchor saying in the Fallout intro?

Something that I just noticed:

Between 0:30 and 0:45, as the Maybe plays, you can hear a news anchor giving a report in the background. It's clearly audible, but I can't make out the words.

Is someone skilled enough with sound software to be able to isolate the news anchor and identify what he's saying?

You wouldn't leave a message in the intro... if you didn't want someone to hear it... YEAAAAH!!

I always wondered if that was supouse to the bone yard, in the first part of the intro.

I got the audio in Audacity but the news anchor seems to be too faint to isolate-- for my weak skills, at least.

I always assumed it was Necropolis.

I can make out a couple of words like 'Neverending' at 0:38 and the odd 'today' and I think 'for a new world' during the Corvega advert, but I'm really not too sure on that one.

Trying to concentrate on the TV with the Inkspots playing as well really messes with my concentration hehe.

edit - definitely a 'today' at 0:49 during the 'buy war bonds' TV advert.
