I wanted to know more about aliens and the enclave....I played through the game once (a couple of years ago), but i didn`t understand the story of these two...
What`s their story? (Fallout 2 spoilers)

Well, the aliens(I am hoping you're talking about wannamingos) are no aliens, according to the Fallout Bible they were probably part of a FEV or radiation accident/experimetn. Noone knows, noone really will know what their reason is.
The Enclave is mainly the old US government who locked themselves up on the oil rig, to escape the bombs, and started controlling more and more of the mainland again(or at least trying to). It's mainly a huge paranoia/conspiracy theory thing. I suggest you read the Fallout Bible for further enlightenmnet on loads of thing, they can be found here on nma-fallout.com...somewhere
