Looking to get an idea of who plays with older Windows (XP, 2000) and who plays non-Windows (Linux, MacOS, etc)

Please reply, it only takes a few seconds.

Thanks!

Windows 7.

I am not an old person (older Windows), a hipster (Apple) or a computer geek (Linux).

I enjoyed the commentary here :)

If you only mean FO1, I've been playing it since Win98. In recent years, WinXP (till 2yrs ago) & Win7 Ultimate x64 (current).
I've also played FO2 in Win98SE and Win2000 SP4 with VirtualBox approx. 2yrs ago, was trying to test sfall & RP in older OSes.

Win 7.
I'd play it on Linux if I could get it to work properly.
Maybe I'll just use the DOS Version in Dosbox :D

Linux. I haven't been using Windows on my systems since I got Fallout running perfectly on Linux via Wine. If someone is intrested, yes, I'm a computer geek and I have been using Linux for 10 years now.

Windows 7.

I just End the Explorer.exe process to be able to see the graphics in Fallout 1/Fallout 2 and then turn it on when i'm done.

Whichever mod/admin changed this to a Poll, thank you. I wanted to but couldn't figure out how. >_<

If you haven't tried the other fixes, I can give you a doc describing them if you like. Although, the easiest is just to run it in 32-bit color mode via f1_res. I've always had that fix the trippy-colors issue.
