Where can I download some more Skins and hair styles for

First time out of the vault
Restoration patch for fallout 2? Wanna be able to use some of the hair styles the NPCs have like the blonde hair female and those punk hair styles you see in San Fran.

Anyone know where I can Download some? do the exist yet?

The problem is that though many different critters exist in the game, all the animations needed for the player are not there. It is a very tedious process to make critter animations for Fallout, so that is why there are so few available. What you see in the RP is basically all there is at the moment. Hopefully more will be made in the future.
