Where do I extract this Fallout 1 mod I got?

I recently downloaded "Fallout 1 Super Chracter 1" from No Mutants Allowed by "Odin", and am having trouble figuring out where to install it to.

Any help would be appreciated; god knows Odin didn't give me any instructions...

P.S. If its any consolation, I'm using Vista, and playing the Fallout collection version, which has Fallout, Fallout 2, and Fallout:Tactics.

Unzip this file in your /fallout2/data directory. Start the game and select new game, create character, options, load and select this file. Your super character with all 10 in it's stats is created.

This was written for Fallout 2, but it's the same procedure for Fallout 1.
