Where is "small basement in Trappertown" in the Me

I'm goin nuts. In the Megamod Guide, under the heading of Klamath, it states "Distiller parts (snake-pipe and valves), are found in the small basement in Trapper Town, rope is needed to get down there". I've searched every where in Trappertown but can't find any small basement (I found the old sewer system no problem). Help - gettin bald spots from pulling my hair out

There is a manhole in the room just south-east of the original entrance to the rat caves (the one that is now blocked with a pile of rocks). Or I guess I could say the room just north of the building with the "guns" sign on it as well.

Thanks, found it. I had looked there before but I guess I didn't get in tight enough to the corner.
