Where some weapons are?

Alright, I've found most of the weapons sucha as the Gattling Laser, GauseMini, and Pulse Rifle. My question is where is the P90 and the Ruger. Do you just find these in dead people or are do they show up in hte Quartermaster?

I found the P-90 in the main hall of the death claw underground cavern assult mission on a dead person. Weide in the game its a 9mm weapon, but not in real life, theres a lot of firearm mistakes like that in the game eg. the SAW firing 7.62mm instead of 5.56mm, the M-16 having a 24 round mag instaead of a 30 round mag
 
Yes, finally got the P90 thanks. The Rugger in Mardn? I'll check that one out. Another weapon that still eludes me is the Spasm gun, anyone found it? If so how good is it. thanks.
 
FN P-90 fires 5.7 mm bullets,like the FN Five-seveN pistol. Somewhere in the game they say the P-90 is made by H&K, butt thats German, FN is Belgian (Belgium rules *g*). Dont know if it has the 50- bullet magazine as in real life, im still somewhere early in the game.
 
Actually H & K was German but has been owned by a British company, British Aerospace, for many years now. Although H & K weapons such as the MP-5 and G-3 are made under licence in many countries throughout the world including the U.S. and India. I would also seriously question the damage stats that the various calibres do in the game, for example the FN and M-14 fire the 7.62mm round(NATO 7.62 x 51), the AKM fires the 7.62mm(soviet 7.62 x 39) round, the 5.56mm that the M-16 or the Ruger mini-14 uses is less effective. The damage a round does might have a slightly different velocity depending on the barrel length but this would only be very minor. The game has the FN doing between 24-36 damage whilst the M-14 does 8-18 damage. The M-16 is between 10-22. The US navy SEALS use the M-14 still when the need arises because it is more powerful.
Another example is the .454 Casull Magnum, the most powerful commercial handgun in the world . The game has it at 13-18 damage whilst the .44 M-29 does 14-21 damage. Yes the .44 magnum is very powerful, the not as powrful as the .454 Casull. I know, Ive fired them both.
