Don't know if anyone has seen this yet. But, being a fan of the book as a kid and liking Spike Jonze's last few movies(Adaptation, Being John Malkovich) I came across the trailer for his latest film, Where the wild things are.
Now it might not reach those not so heavily nostalgic, but to people who grew up with the book this is sort of a big deal.
Anyways this is the trailer.

for a kid's movie, there are some underlying dark themes, not really present in current cinema(at least for the younger generation) I'm guessing this is a move to attract a "older" audience into seeing the movie, while still remaining family friendly.
I really liked the editing in this, and there is a ton of internet buzz going around. So for fans of the book, or Spike jonze or whatever. Who else is looking forward to seeing this?
