who do you see ruling the US/Canada in the next 50-100 years

We have the NCR engulfing the West with such power (assuming they fight off the Legion, which I hope they do.) and I guess in the east from what I can tell the Dominant Faction would be either the Enclave or the Fake BOS (I call them fake because the Outcasts are the real BOS) but who do you see out of all the factions in the Fallout Universe eventually engulfing all or most of the North american wasteland?

The NCR, obviously. Both the Enclave an the Outcasts are pretty small factions.

The NCR. They've got a stable, US-like government, decent technology, a large population, plenty of resources, and most of their enemies are pretty weak.

But they don't have plenty of resources. One of the reasons why they're expanding into New Vegas is because of overpopulation, and unemployment. Just look at a place like the NCR sharecropper farms.
Secondly, for most of their enemies being weak, what about Caesars legion?
