Who to sell as slaves?

I am playing a somewhat evil game for the 1st time. I kept Sulik, but sold off Vic. Sulik got pissed, so I sold him too. Maybe he'll find his sister. Which characters can you keep as NPCs as evil? I am assuming brainbot shouldnt be too biased. Cassidy wouldnt even talk to me so I dosed him with buffout for the heart attack.

What I know for sure, is that Myron stays with you if you're playing a bad character.

Vic stays with you too if I well remember.

If you're married with Miria or Davin, I guess your spouse stays with you.

Dogmeat from broken dreams certainly stays with you

The dumb cybernetic robot dog stays with you, but I'm not sure as regards the clever one.

Cassidy doesn't want, he says that he don't want to be sold when your chara will be short on money.

Sulik will try to kill you.

As regards Skynet, once I played an evil guy... so I went to Sierra and fixed the robot. Once it was fixed, I tried to speak to him but he said that he wanted to leave... so he followed me, and once we were out, he shot me in the back!

Marcus doesn't want to follow you.

Lenny neither.

I'm not sure for Goris, but I suppose he doesn't.

If you get Cassidy to join you before your alignment is negative (or you join the slavers guild) he will stay with you forever.

Fallout 2 really needed a better selection of NPCs for evil characters. I've heard that the Cult of Personality perk allows an evil player to recruit good NPCs, is that true? I've never bothered getting it before.

This was in a mod, not the vanilla game. SO, no talkie about that here any more
