Will a spanish version of fallout 3 (ps3) support english?

Hi everyone
I bought fallout 3 for ps3 in spain (it is in spanish of course) and I'm wondering if it will also support english (dialoge and text)?
I don't speak spanish and I might have made a mistake here... So, what do you guys think?

I have no idea about the PS3.

I know that the PC version requires steam. On steam, you can choose any language you want, and even change it at mid-playthrough without any penalty.
